为了新疆的进一步发展,加大开放程度和加快向西开放的步伐,努力将新疆建设为我国链接西方的桥梁,帮助新疆实现跨越式发展,中央决定将乌鲁木齐洽谈会升级为中国-亚欧博览会。中国一亚欧博览会为中台,也是中国新疆与亚欧国家开展经贸、投资、文化、科技、金融、人文等领域合作的重要途径,是展示新疆良好形象的窗口。本课题主要通过实证分析和规范分析相结合的方法对亚欧博览会的发展现状进行分析,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,将亚欧博览会置于新疆经济的大环境下,讨论亚欧博览会对新疆经济带来的作用。同时分析出亚欧博览会可提升之处,并且结合新疆独特的地理位置与政府对亚欧博览会提出的特殊政策,提出行之有效的解决方案,探讨如何更好的促进新疆经济发展的问题。

ABSTRACT
In order to the further development of Xinjiang, increased-openness and accelerate the pace of opening to the west, to make Xinjiang e a bridge between China and West, to help Xinjiang to achieve leapfrog development, government decided to upgrad Urumqi foreign economic relations and trade fair to Chinese - Asia Europe expo. Asia Europe expo is the foreign platform for China with Asian and European countries, also the important way for Xinjiang cooperate with West countries in trade, investment, culture, science and technology, finance, culture and other areas, is a showcase of Xinjiang .This subject mainly conbine the empirical analysis method with normative analysis method to analyze the development of Asia Europe expo, ues the qualitative analysis method, put Asia-Europe Expo into the larger environment of Xinjiang's economy, discussing the role of Exporsition on Xinjiang economy. Additionally, find out the disadvantages, then puts forward effective measures according to the Xinjiang unique geographical position and the special policy of government, discuss the issue of how to better promote Xinjiang's economic development.
