摘要
本文主要介绍了桥式起重机的整体设计理论和设计过程,,主要包括桥式起重机小车运行机构的整体设计及传动机构的布置,小车运行机构的的计算,大车运行机构的整体设计和桥架结构的设计计算等。除此之外,还有轴承的选择,联轴器的选择,电动机的选择,减速起的选择和校核。
本文设计过程中,主要采用了文献资料法,软件设计法和讨论等方法,结合了国内外起重机的研究发展状况,参考了一些机加工车间所使用的起重机性能参数,从而系统的完成起重机的整体设计。

Abstract
This article mainly introduced the entire design theory and design process of bridge crane,which elaborated domestic and foreign crane development of them,it focused on the design of the bridge crane operation of institutions and hoisting overall design that mainly includes the integral design of bridge crane car mechanism and transmission layout;thecalculation of crane small car mechanism; the integral design of the cart mechanism;and bridge structure design calculation;and so , thispaper involves bearing choice,coupling choice,motor choice,along with reducer choice and checking.
In the design process of this paper, mainly adopts methods of documentation, methods of the design of hardware,and discussion were bined with the domestic and foreign research some machining workshop crane used performance parameters,thus the design of crane system pleted.
