摘要

和谐是人类社会发展的内在要求,建立和谐医患关系是建构社会
主义和谐社会的重要内容之一。什么是和谐的医患关系,在新的历史
时期建立和谐医患关系面临哪些现实困境,如何建立和谐的医患关
系?深入研究和分析这些问题,对于推进社会主义和谐社会具有十分
重要的理论价值和现实意义。
本文共分四部分:
第一部分从社会现实存在的医患关系问题出发,提出本文选题的
意义;综述近年来国内学界的相关研究成果,在此基础上提出个人的
研究思路和方法,即从哲学的视角,理论联系实际进行分析和探讨。
第二部分首先对医患关系的概念加以界定,对医患关系的特征进
行论述,并且在理性认识的基础上分析和谐医患关系的构成基础和基
本准则。
第三部分研究当代我国医患关系的现状和主要矛盾,从医疗资源
配置与人民基本医疗需求、医疗技术与群众的期望、医疗事业与医患
关系商品化等方面存在的矛盾,分析在物质、技术和体制条件制约下
的医患矛盾的表现与影响,进而探讨医患矛盾的基本性质。
第四部分从发展经济与科学、强化政府职能、坚持传统与时代精
神相结合、深化医患沟通机制等方面,提出建立和谐医患关系的路径
选择,阐述建立和谐医患关系对于构建社会主义和谐社会的重要现实

ON CONSTRUCTION OF HARMONIOUS
PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

ABSTRACT

Harmony is the inherent requirement of the development of human
society, and the harmonious physician-patient relationship is a important
integral part of harmonious socialist society. Such questions as what is
harmonious physician-patient relationship , the real plight faced by the
construction of harmonious physician-patient relationship, how to
realize the harmony of physician-patient relationship and so on are worthy
of being reflected profoundly. The establishment of harmonious
physician-patient relationship takes on very important meaning for the
advancement of harmonious socialist society, both in theory and in
paper is divided into four parts:
The first part brings up the meaning of the topic aiming at the real
problems on physician-patient relationship in society. Moreover, to
summarize the related researches in domestic scholars. Then , through
the analysis and draw of domestic scholars’ research from different
angles, to bring up personal research ideas and methods ,. to analyze
and discuss linking theory with practice from the philosophical
perspective.
The second part firstly defined the concept of physician-patie
