摘要
客车底盘的总布置设计在客车设计中具有作用。The total passenger car chassis layout design of the bus plays an important role. In this paper, medium-sized passenger car chassis of the ponents to choose the design and layout and the corresponding parameters are selected and calculated, on the basis of pletion of the overall layout design of the chassis. The design process, the passenger in a given type, some form of driver parameters and circumstances, to carry out medium-sized passenger car chassis layout options; based on the axis defined by the number of forms-driven, engine power and chassis layout of the form, taking into account mercial vehicles and fort of the basic performance of mercial requirements of the main dimensions of the vehicle parameters and performance parameters of the selected and calculated, on this basis to select and identify the various parts of the chassis powertrain, brake system and such as steering. Finally, with reference to the same general layout chassis model program to medium-sized passenger cars designed to carry out general layout chassis and a total mapping of the chassis layout.
On the course of the design of the chassis, in order to make sure fort and the safety of the automobilism, we check the interference movement of the steering system. On the course that we use the graphical method, check the different case when the steering system turn left or right. The analysis results indicate that all the design of the steering system are matching with reason and practicableness.
