摘要
随着人类进入到信息化时代,人类对电子厂品的需求量迅速增加,与此同时,以生产电子产品为主的公司也迅速发展起来了。近年来,这个行业发生了很多大的事件,引起了人们对数以万计的电子产品生产公司的基层员工的生活、工作的关注。同时员工也要求人性化的工作、轻松愉快的工作环境。
论文通过对员工工作过程的研究,结合企业实际情况,对工作场所的环境、工具进行了改善,说明了人因工程在优化人的工作方面的作用。首先,本文叙述了累积损伤疾病及其产生的原因,同时提出改善时应遵循的手握式工具设计原则。其次,通过观察、分析员工工作过程,找到了员工手部疼痛的原因在于两方面:一方面是所使用的条形码扫描仪,另一方面是工作环境。再次,根据工具设计步骤对条形码扫描仪外形进行,另外对需要改进的作业环境进行改进。最后,调整一下工作顺序,使工作更舒适、效率更高。

ABSTRACT
With human going into the age of information, the human’s demand of electronics goods is quickly increasing ; meanwhile,panies which produce electronic produ腕骨隧道综合病 develop rapidly. In recent years, many events happen in this industry. So human pay close attention to the living and work level of hundreds of thousands of grass roots employees. Simultaneously,staff also require humanized work and pleasant working environment.
Through studying on working process of employees bining the characteristic of pany’ real situation and conducting improvement ,we find it is helpful to practice ergonomics .First ,this paper has recounted the theory of cumulative trauma disorders and the cause of cumulative trauma disorders bines the principle of hand tool design. The second , through observing staff working process, this paper find he causes of cumulative trauma disorders, which lie in two hands: On the one hand, it lies in bar code scanner; the other hand, it lies in work environment. The third, design the shape of bar code scanner on the basis of design steps, and improve the environment. At the final, adjust the order of working process fortable workplace and improve efficiency.
