鞋用胶黏剂研制与应用开发
【摘要】随着社会经济和生活水平的提高, 胶黏剂在人们的日常生活和生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于胶黏剂具有应用范围广、使用简便、经济效益高等特点, 因此无论是在高精尖技术中还是在一般的现代化工业中, 胶黏剂都发挥着极其重要的作用。本文简述了鞋用胶黏剂发展历程以及我国水性聚氨酯(WPU)鞋用胶黏剂技术进展和取得的初步成果。本人重点介绍该胶黏剂(502)生产新工艺,并加入影响其固化时间的T1001及稳定剂,对比改变前后的性能结果。结果表明:加入T1001的胶黏剂(502)固化时间更短。

Research and application development by adhesives
Abstract Along with the social economy and the improvement of living standards, adhesive in People's Daily life and plays a more and more important role in production. Because the adhesive has wide application range, easy operation, high economic benefit, etc, so both in advanced technology and modern industry in general, the adhesive is playing an extremely important role. This paper briefly describes the shoes development by adhesives and the waterborne polyurethane (WPU) shoes technology progress by adhesives and achieved initial results. I (502) introduced the adhesives production new technology, and join T1001 and affect the curing time of the stabilizer, contrast before and after the change of performance results. The results showed that the (502) to join T1001 adhesives cure time shorter.
