摘要
冬瓜去皮是所有冬瓜制品加工工艺过程的重要环节。目前,存在的各种去皮方法都各自有其一定的局限性。随着冬瓜产业的发展和我国社会经济的进步,如何寻找一种优质、高效、节能几环保的冬瓜剥皮方法己成为冬瓜加工工艺过程中迫切需要解决的问题。因为去皮效率的高低和安全卫生性将直接影响冬瓜原料加工的效益。本课题的设计将涉及到机械制造、机械设计、理论力学、材料力学、工程材料基础等多种学科的知识。主要内容包括国内外一些冬瓜去皮机结构的简介、冬瓜去皮机的结构设计(包括工作原理)、主要参数的选择确定、主要零件的结构设计与计算以及主要零件的校核等,有完整的理论阐述和设计计算,并附有大量的装配图和零件图,更加直观的对整个设计加以论证。

Abstrac
White gourd peel is all white gourd products processing process important link. At present, there are various methods of peeling each has its limitations. With winter melon industry the development and progress of our society and economy, how to find a high quality, efficient, energy-saving several environmental protection melon peeling method of wax gourd process has e an urgent need to address the problem. Because the peeling efficiency and safety and health will directly affect the efficiency of wax gourd raw materials processing. The design of this issue will involve machinery manufacturing, mechanical design, theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials, engineering materials and so on the basis of the knowledge of multiple disciplines. The main contents include some domestic and foreign gourd peeling machine structure of wax gourd peeling machine, structure design ( including working principle ), main parameters selection, the main parts of the design and calculation of the structure and main parts of the check, plete theory and design calculation, and with a large number of assembly drawing and parts drawing, a more intuitive design of the whole argument.
