海原县农村居民卫生服务需求状况与基层卫生人力资源调查分析

目的:了解宁夏海原县农村卫生需求状况与基层卫生人力资源,分析海原县农村卫生需求状况与基层卫生人力资源所存在的问题。方法:对海原县采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取部分农民进行家庭卫生健康问卷调查,以及对抽取的乡镇卫生院以及村医进行人力资源的调查。结果:%;从卫生资源人力结构上看,学历层次偏低,以中专学历最多,职称结构以初级职称为主,难以完全承担基层社区卫生服务的重担。说明本地区卫生资源相对贫乏,居民卫生服务利用不足,结构不合理。结论:海原县农民的卫生服务可及性较好,急需培养高学历的中青年农村卫生服务人才,通过多种途径加快在职卫生服务人员学历层次的提高;鼓励中、高级医务人员充实到农村社区卫生服务机构中去,提高社区卫生服务的技术水平。
