摘要
汽车驾驶室卡板锁的工作装置的性能是整机设计水平的重要标志。本文针对汽车驾驶室卡板锁设计中存在的共性问题,对整体和工作装置进行结构设计
本文综述了汽车卡板锁的发展概况及工作装置国内外研究现状,锁勾、转轴、活动转子、工作装置等结进行结构设计、分析。对卡板锁运动学和力学分析的基础上,结合CATIA制图对工作装置进行结构设计。确定基本参数,对工作装置进行设计计算、校核。本文对汽车驾驶室卡板锁工作装置研究,发展了卡板锁类的设计理论,对卡车驾驶室部件的完善设计水平有重要的意义。
