摘要
伴随着改革开放的逐步深入加强,中国的经济和社会都有了大幅度的发展,人民的生活水平也在日益提升,此时快捷方便的服务已经成为人们普遍的要求。近年来,由于电子商务正以迅猛的速度冲击传统商务,网上购物已经越来越被人们所接受。网络团购继承了网络购物的方便、快捷等原有的特点,同时它也具备了一些新的特点如需要聚合一定数量的消费者、超低折扣等。网络团购的流行,证明了其适应了现今人们的需要,具备一定的市场,但同时,由于网络团购还处于发展起步阶段,虽然深受消费者和商家的喜爱并且取得了较好的销售份额,但还是暴露出了不少的风险和问题。
本文共分为四个部分。首先,介绍了网络团购的基本概念与基本理论,对当今网络团购有一个总体的了解;其次,专门介绍了团购网站的地位与作用,团购网站是最好的网络团购项目组织形式;再次,集中分析总结了当今网络团购所存在的若干风险问题,说明网络团购并不是尽善尽美的;最后,着重总结提出了应对这些风险问题的诸多应对策略与应对措施,促使网络团购能够尽可能的安全稳定的发展。

Abstract
Along with the reform and open policy the further strengthen gradually, China's economy and society has been big development, the living standard of the people also in rising, this time the quick and convenient services have e the mon requirements. In recent years, due to the electronic business is rapidly speed impact traditional business, online shopping already more and more be accepted by people. Network group buying inherited work shopping convenient, quick and the characteristics of the original; it also has some new characteristics such as need a certain number of consumers, polymerization low discount and so on. Network a bulk pop, proving their adapted to the needs of the people, have a certain market, but at the same time, because work is still in the initial stage development team, although consumers and businessmen's favorite and obtain good sales share, but still exposed many risks and problems.
This paper firstly introduces the basic concept of work and the basic theory, to work group buying a whole understanding.
