Objective:
Improve the existing Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality System include
design qualification for new products to meet Philips expectation.
Overview:
Significant Marketing, Design, Manufacturing and Quality System deficiencies were identified as result of feedback from Philips.
The internal management team review of the entire system system indicate that Marketing, Development, Quality and Manufacturing system’s sufficient practices are not integrated throughout all phase of the critical industrialized cycles.
