凹陷立管的极限强度和疲劳寿命分析

摘
要: 用 M SC. Patran 建立三维模型, 然后用 ABA QU S 计算立管的极限强度, 用 M SC. Fat igue 进行全
寿命分析。计算与分析结果表明: 最大凹陷深度的增加使立管的极限强度和疲劳寿命减少; 凹陷区域长度的变
化对立管极限强度的影响不大, 对疲劳寿命的影响较大; 增加立管管壁厚度会提高立管的极限强度, 但管壁越
厚, 凹陷损伤对立管极限强度的影响越大; 立管在轴向拉伸力和纵向弯矩共同作用下, 只要轴向拉伸力在合适
的范围内, 凹陷对立管极限强度的影响非常小。

Analysis of Ultimate Strength and Fatigue Life of the Dented Riser

Abstract: T o study the ultimate streng th and fatigue life of the dented riser, M SC. Patran
is used to build 3D model. T he ultim ate strength and life cycle o f riser s are analy zed by
ABA QUS and M SC. Fatigue. T he results show that: the ultimate strength and fatigue life
sig nificantly reduced as the m ax imum depth o f dent increase. The chang e of the length of den-
ted regio n had little effect on ultimate streng th, but g reater influence on the fatigue life. T o
increase the thickness of the riser w ill greatly improve the ultimate str ength, but the thicker
of the w all, the g reater influence on the ultim ate streng th of the dented riser. As long as the
axial tensile force
