摘 要
模具 CAD/CAE/CAM 集成技术是一项重要的模具先进制造技术,是用高技术改造模具制造技术的重要关键之一。集成 CAD/CAE/CAM 软件,作为 PLM 协同解决方案的一个重要组成部分,它可以帮助制造厂商设计产品,支持从项目前阶段、具体的设计、分析、模拟、组装到维护在内的全部工业设计流程,不仅可以提高产品质量加快产品设计的研发及缩短制造周期,还能够实现机械零部件三维建模、数控加工与工程分析一体化和数字化。
本次设计的对象便是 021 铝活塞浇注模具的内模,本文在对内模结构进行了详细的分析之后,以 CATIA 为平台,完成从产品设计、数控加工到工程分析的整个过程。
本文提出了一种基于 CATIA 平台的模具设计的研发、加工与分析方法, 无需其他的软件参与转换导入,其研究成果对于产品研发数字化、缩短研发周期、提高研发效率、降低研发成本等方面有着重要的应用价值。关键词:模具;CAD/CAE/CAM;CATIA;使用寿命
Research on Metal casting mold CAD / CAE / CAM Application
Abstract
Mold CAD / CAE / CAM integration technology is an important mold of advanced manufacturing technology, is a high-tech transformation mold manufacturing technology with the key one. CATIA is the world's major integrated CAD / CAE / CAM software solutions for collaborative PLM is an ponent, it can help manufacturers design their future products, and support from the project the previous stage, Juti the design, analysis, simulation, assembly to maintenance, including all the industrial design process. Product development with CATIA not only improve product quality R & D and accelerate product design to shorten the manufacturing cycle, but also enables three-dimensional modeling of mechanical parts, CNC machining and engineering analysis integration and digitization.
The design of the object is 021 mold cast aluminum piston internal model, this internal mode structure in a detailed analysis, with CATIA as a platform, complete product design, CNC machining to engineering analysis of the whole process.
In this paper, based on CATIA platform for the development of mold design, processing and analysis, without conversion into other software engages, their research on product R & D digital, shorter development cycles, improve development efficiency, reduce cost, R & D has important application value.
