中文摘要:宏观经济环境的改善以及我国西部经济开放程度的不断提高,使重庆零售业在规模、结构、效益、经营和管理水平等方面都上了一个新台阶,与此同时,零售人才流失问题也日益突显,愈演愈烈。本文以重百股份有限公司为例,首先对零售企业关键人才流失所带来的危害进行了阐述,并对当前重庆零售企业在盲目扩张中人才流失问题进行了原因分析,其中包括人才管理理念的欠缺、薪酬福利制度的不合理、缺乏有效的培训和职业生涯规划制度等。通过分析相应地找到突破口,有针对性地提出了相关对策和建议,旨在能够最大限度地发挥关键人才的巨大潜能,降低零售企业关键人才的流失比例,从而提高零售企业的核心竞争力,为企业和社会创造更多的价值。

Abstract:The improvement of the macroeconomic environment and the further development of the West Regions’ economy have lifted Chongqing’s retail business to a new high in terms of its scale, structure, efficiency, operation and management. However, brain drain in the retail business is at the same time ing more and more severe. This thesis takes the example of Chongqing Department Store. It first expatiates on the danger of brain drain in the retail businesses. Then the reasons of how brain drain appears in the blind expansion of Chongqing’s retail business are discussed, including deficient talent management concepts, unreasonable salary and welfare system, lack of effective training and career planning system, etc. It thus provides related methods and suggestions based on the analysis. It is hoped to help give full play to the huge potential of talents, to lower the proportion of brain drain in the retail business, to improve the petitiveness of retail business and to create more value for both the businesses and society.

一、引言
中国实行改革开放以来,国民经济的持续快速发展以及巨大的消费市场潜力为重庆零售业的发展提供了良好的发展环境和广阔的空间,重庆零售业在规模、结构、效益、经营和管理水平等方面都上了一个新台阶。根据2009零售行业年度报告的调查显示,,%,门店总数达到120775个,%,而与此同时,我们也看到了重庆零售市场竞争形势也愈来愈严峻,众多世界零售巨头,如家乐福、沃尔玛、麦德龙、易初莲花等也都纷纷抢滩登陆重庆市场,2008年,我国零售连锁企业百强中有19家海外品牌企业店铺数量增长了13. 1%,达到4613家,占连锁百强店铺数的6%,销售额达到2426亿元,同比增长了17. 6%,占百强销售总额的20%,13家以大型超市为主的外资企业共经营大型超市755家,2008年新开门店91家,店铺平均年销售额为2. 3亿元。企业规模的迅猛扩张使得重庆零售企业对人才的需求达到了前所未有的盛况,特别是企业关键人才更是成为重庆零售业竞争的焦点之一,人才流失现象也日益突显,愈演愈烈。
