摘要
电力机车一般都采用交流制供电,交流电从主变压器的牵引绕组经过硅机组整流后,向牵引电动机集中供应直流电,使牵引电动机产生转矩驱动机车动轮转动。整流柜的性能将直接影响电力机车的运行能力,而整流柜主整流组件很容易出现击穿、烧损、放炮等故障,从而导致硅整流装置出现短路,断路等故障。作者对对上述问题作了较详细的研究和探讨,并设计了一种基于DSP的采用脉冲方式对电力机车整流柜进行均压均流测试的系统。
首先对整流柜的结构功能、工作特性和产生故障的原因进行了分析,在此基础上设计了对整流柜进行均压均流测试的脉冲测试电路、脉冲触发电路、通道信号处理电路、信号采集电路以及DSP的接口电路等诸多硬件电路,并且开发了一套以ADC程序和串口通信程序为主的DSP软件,详细分析了上述软硬件的功能、原理和流程图。最后对该测试系统的设计进行了总结,肯定了该系统的设计方案。

THE DESIGN OF CURRENT SHARE AND VOLTAGE TEST SYSTEM BASE ON DSP
Abstract
otive general adopt alternating current to power-up, the alternating e from the drag winding of main converter mutated by the rectifier, then supply direct current to the drag electric motor to make the drag electric motor generate torque drive otive turning. The behavior of rectifier effect the otive’s ability of running directly, but ponent of rectifier occur broke through, burn down blasting breakdown and so on easily, thereby lead the rectifier to short circuit or block. The writer aim at the issue did detail research and exploration, designed a kind of impulse fashion test system of the otive rectifier current share and voltage share based on DSP
Firstly analyzed the framework function, working characteristics and the reason of breakdown, On this foundation designed the current share and voltage share test impulse circuit, impulse flip-flop circuit, access signal processing circuit, signal collect circuit and the interface circuit and so on hardware circuit, and developed a set of DSP software main of ADC subprogram and serial munication subprogram, analyzed the function principle and flow sheet of hardware and software. Finally made a summa of the excogitation of the test system, affirmed the excogitation of the system.
