摘要
随着中国在加入WTO以后对汽车市场的逐渐开放,中国汽车产业在高速发展的同
时也面临来自跨国汽车企业的知识产权纠纷,为了遏制中国汽车产业的发展,跨国汽
车企业频频以侵犯专利权为由,向我
方面的落后导致其与跨国汽车公司的专利战中处于劣势地位。因此,研究我国汽车企
业如何实施自己的专利战略,突破跨国汽车企业的专利挤压,与之同台竞争,具有十
分重要的现实意义。
在理论分析研究的基础上,结合东风汽车公司的具体情况,运用调查研究法、数
据分析法、理论联系实际法、归纳总结等研究方法,本文着重研究东风汽车公司的企
业专利战略及其实施。
通过对东风汽车公司专利工作现状的实际调查,笔者指出东风汽车公司专利管理
存在专利意识薄弱、专利申请量偏低,科研投入少,技术创新能力低,缺乏科学、系
统、整体性的专利战略规划等问题。基于上述研究,笔者针对性地提出了东风汽车公
司制定和实施专利战略的对策和建议。

Abstract
As the gradually opening of automobile market since China enters WTO,
Chinese automobile industry develops with a high speed as well as suffers from
the intellectual property right tangles with multi-national panies
which sue their Chinese counterpart in the name of infringing patent rights
to constraint the development of Chinese auto industry. Chinese panies
are in an inferior position in patent battles for their patent lags. Therefore,
it is significant to study how Chinese panies survive and develop,
how to execute their own patent strategy, and how to break multi-national auto
companies' patent barriersOn the basis of the theory analysis, the paper focuses on DongFeng Motor
Corporation(DFM)patent strategy and its implementation, combining with DFM
specific circumstances,by the way of research, data analysis,theory linking
with practiceBased on the investigation of the status quo of patent management in DFM,
it points out the problems existing in the patent strategy system of DFM,
including the weakness of patent consciousness, low volume of patent
application, little investment of R&D, poor innovation capability and lack
of scientific, systematic, integral patent strategy planning. According to
the above results, it proposes the suggestions to design and carry out the
patent strategy for DFM
