摘 要
自我国实行经济体制改革以来,中国社会出现了较大规模的人口流动现象。珠三角地区作为改革开放的前沿之地,成为农民工外出打工的首选之地。农民工来到城市, 为城市发展带来了一定的贡献,但是他们在城市面临着许多问题。在众多问题中,农民工城市社区融入问题对他们而言显得特别迫切,现已成为社会各界所关注的焦点之一。近年来,我国专业社会工作有了新的发展,专业社会工作介入外来工服务也逐渐地在珠三角地区慢慢发展起来,推动了珠三角地区社会工作人才服务农民工的发展。本文基于珠三角 X 社区的调查获取的相关资料,从经济、社会、心理三个层面描述了农民工融入社区状况,对影响农民工社区融入的因素进行分析,包括农民工自身
因素和外部因素,最后从社会工作角度出发提出促进农民工融入社区的策略。关键词:农民工 社区社区融入
Abstract
Since our country has implemented the reform of economic system, there appears the phenomenon of a large-scale population flow in China. Pearl river delta areas, as the front land of reform and opening up, has e the best place of migrant workers who are working in cities. When these migrant e to cities, they make certain contributions to these places. However, they are also confronted with many problems. Among these numerous problems, it is particularly urgent for them to solve the problem of how to integrate with munity, which now has e one of the focuses causing much attention by all walks of life in the society. In recent years, there is new development in professional social work in our country. The mixture of professional social work and migrant worker service is gradually developing in Pearl River delta areas, which promote the development of social work personnel’s service for migrant workers.
This paper is based on the relevant information that is obtained from the study of munity in Pearl River delta areas, from the economic, social and psychological levels, describing situations of migrant works’ integration munity, analyzing the factors that influence migrant workers’ integration into munity, incl
