In recent years,Chinese ports container transport develops rapidly. Chinese mainland owns five ports in the list of the Ten Ports in the world. With the economy turn better, the market of Chinese container transport increase faster. The container sea-rail intermodal
which has the excellence of speediness, safety, power and low-cost has been the most important model of Multi-modal Transport with the develop of Mordernistic Logistics System. But it is not equation to Chinese ports’ container throughput is that the volume of container sea-rail intermodal is only 2% of the total container throughput in Chinese mainland. It is large gap to the West. The percentage is 20% to 40% in the main overseas ports.
Since the 1990s, the Shenzhen ports’ container transport is rapid growth, has been among the world’s top ten container ports. Shenzhen ports’ container throughput reached
million international TEUs in 2011. However, reprsentatives of the advanced mode of container transport container sea-rail intermodal in Shenzhen ports has not been prpperly developed. From 2007, Shenzhen ports started container sea-rail intermodal. For
various reasons, the slow progress in the development of container sea-rail intermodal,it
