寿光市金属拔丝生产项目环境影响评价研究
摘 要
金属拔丝是目前国内新兴金属新型建材的主要产品之一,广泛应用于交通、能源、工业、民用建筑、水利等领域,对环境也会产生一定影响。随着目前环境问题的日益突出和环境友好型社会的要求,对建材制品的环境影响评价也越来越重要。项目环境影响评价是项目可行性研究的一个分支。由于工程项目具有不可逆性,所以在工程项目前期需要做大量的准备工作,确保项目的可行性,从而降低决策失误的风险,避免造成重大事故,保证项目正常运转。
本课题依据金属拔丝生产项目的实际情况,通过对金属拔丝生产项目的实际了解、现场观摩、资料收集,掌握项目所在区域的水环境、声环境、大气环境、社会经济环境和生态环境;通过运用项目可行性研究的基本理论和环境影响识别法、环境影响预测法、分析归纳法等环境影响评价的研究办法,金属拔丝生产项目的施工期和营运期进行了环境影响评价研究。经分析研究,该项目的建设采用了先进的技术,严格贯彻清洁生产的各项规定,拟采取的污染防治与生态保护措施,可使环境影响控制在当地环境可以接受的范围内,从环境保护角度分析,该项目建设是可行的。本文通过对一个新材料项目进行项目环境影响评价,建立一个评价体系的模型,为项目可行性研究提供环境影响方面的科学依据,希望以此为例为同产业的项目提供参考和借鉴。
该论文的研究成果对新型材料项目环境影响评价工作有一定的参考和指导作用。

Evaluation and Research on the Environmental Impact of Shouguang Metal Wire Drawing Project
Abstract
Drawn metal wire, a new kind of building material in China which has been widely used in fields such as transportation, energy, industry, civil construction and water conservancy, can cause some negative effects on the environment. Because of the outstanding environmental issues and calls for an environmentally-friendly society, evaluations of the impact of building materials on the environment are ing more and more important. Environmental impact evaluation is an integral part of the feasibility study of a project. As an engineering project is irreversible, a lot of preparatory work has to be done to confirm the feasibility of the project, reduce mistakes in decision making and avoid significant losses, so as to ensure the normal running of the project.
In light of the real condition of the metal wire drawing project, and by carrying out on-the-spot investigation and information collection, the author of this thesis studied the water environment, acoustic environment, atmospheric environment, social and economic environment and biological environment of the region where the project will be settled. By applying the principle theories on project feasibility study and a serie
