【Abstract】This article introduces the development and production of X65 pipeline steel for one pipeline project at the heavy and medium plate
of JiGang. position design of low C-high Nb- Mn -Ti has been applied for the pipline steel development. With the technology of clean steel
smelting,proper slab reheating, rolling and cooling, Excellent mechanical properites has been achieved. The production of X65 pipeline steel has high
strength, good Low temperature toughness and arrest Properties.
