ABSTRACT
Automatic electro-pression testing machine is a kind of product of
electro-machine. It is mainly made up puter, Hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder
override relief valve. Electronic-hydraulic servo valve, compression sensor and so on .In
this system, puter acts as main controller, through outer equipment instate the test
method, test parameter ect.
The procession of work is as follows: At first, puter send testing message
testing message to the controller , and then ,the controller control the servo valve to decide
pression .At the same time pression sensor get the signal of cylinder
pressure. The siginal is transmitted to puter throuth A/D (transform) and be
amplified. Secondly, pare the pressure given singal and throuth PID
(proportion Integral Differential)revise the control. Signal of the controller .Finally,the
system close-loop control is relized ,getting to the demand.
