LNG 接收站 BOG 再冷凝工艺参数及控制系统分析

摘要:目前国内液化天然气(LNG)接收站大多采用再冷凝蒸发气(BOG)工艺回收 BOG。
但在整个 BOG 回收工艺中,普遍存在着操作难度大的问题。针对此问题,本文首先分析了
大连 LNG 接收站再冷凝器控制参数,说明了确定关键控制参数的理由,并通过对国内几个
LNG 接收站的对比、分析,提出了一种通用控制方案,较好地解决了再冷凝器 BOG 入口压
力波动、BOG 压缩机升降负荷及高压泵启停时工艺操作困难等问题,从而保证 BOG 再冷凝
工艺系统较好的稳定运行。

Abstract:At present, Most domestic liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminals
recover BOG by condensing vapor(BOG) process. But to BOG recovery process, That
there is mon question is to operate difficultly. In view of this issue, firstly, analysis
recondensor’s control parameters of DaLian LNG Receiving Terminal, and explain the
reasons to determine the critical control parameters. Then parison and analysis
of several domestic LNG receiving terminal, present a general control scheme. That can
better solve the issue that is process operation difficulties when BOG inlet pressure of
recondensor fluctuates and pressor lift the load and high-pressure pump start
and stop. Thus, ensure BOG Recondensation process system can better stably run.
