利用城市天然气管网压能的 LNG 液化流程模拟分析

摘要:针对城市天然气调峰及管网压力能回收利用的需要,本文提出在天然气门站调压过程中引入小型天然气液化
装置,提出了一种新型的天然气膨胀预冷混合制冷剂液化流程 NGE/MRC,NGE/MRC 流程将高压天然气膨胀作为预
冷工艺,结合混合制冷剂深度制冷,可以充分利用天然气管网间的压力能,高效生产低成本的液化天然气。在 Aspen
Plus 模拟软件环境下,本文完成了稳态条件下全流程的热力学模拟计算,系统液化率为 95%,单位 LNG 能耗为
J·kmol-1,与已有的丙烷预冷混合制冷剂流程与氮-甲烷膨胀流程相比,NGE/MRC 流程在液化率及能耗方面都更具优
势。本文还基于有效能分析理论,对液化流程进行能量 分析,得到各个部件的 损分布情况,为流程节能优化提
供参考。

Abstract: The objective of this study proposing natural gas liquefaction facilities into the regulating process in natural gas
station is peak-shaving for city gas as well as recovering of pressure energy. A new natural gas liquefaction process
