教育界,特别是中小学,一直被学生学****不良的问题所困扰,学****不良问题日益广泛地引起人们的关注。研究并解决学****不良学生的教育问题是由“应试教育”转变为“素质教育”的重要内容。“素质教育”的对象是全体学生,学****不良学生是其中的一个特殊群体。因此,需要深入研究。
对学****不良的界定国内外意见不一,在此,学****不良学生特指那些智力正常,但学业困难或学业失败的学生。
根据韦纳的动机归因理论和研究者所在学校的高中化学教学实际,对该校1786名学生中的243名化学学****不良学生进行了化学学****成败归因的调查,初步得出结论:高中生化学学****不良的主要成因在于其努力程度差、自信心缺乏、学****方法不得当和学****兴趣低等。
针对上述情况,制定了相应教育方案,即:培养化学学****不良学生的自信心、激发化学学****不良学生的学****兴趣、培养良好的学****方法、培养良好意志品质等策略,并选取高一年级两个班各10名化学成绩不佳的学生进行实验对比。
研究表明,经过半年多的教学实践,90%的学****不良学生消除了自卑感,对化学学****充满了信心;大多数实验班的学****不良学生对于化学学****的方法有了较大的改善,对于化学学****的兴趣大大提高。

Abstract
Underachievernent problem is always serious in the educational bounds,especially in middle and primary begin to pay more attention to ’S the important thing of abandoning examination----·-·-·-oriented education for quality-·----··-oriented education to study and solve the underachiever quaHty-~一oriented education is for all the

research.
There is no certain definition of learning disabilities around the learning
disabilities mentioned here are the students who mon in intelligence but always in learning help ness or underachiever.
Based On the motive attribution theory of and the hi曲school chemistry
teaching experience,the author tested 243 students out of 1786 to investigate the chemistry learning attribution of the chemistry learning disabilities,monly results:lack of diligence and self-confidence,impolitic study methods and low learning interest.
According to the instances above,a teaching plan was set down:to foster the
