随着全球经济一体化的发展,港口作为综合交通运输的枢纽,已成为物流供应链上一个十分重要的节点。国内外经验表明,流畅的港口交通体系和现代化的交通组织管理是港口生存、发展、竞争的重要因素。大连港作为东北亚航运中心,要综合考虑大连港及周边腹地的工业产业布局、大连港集装箱吞吐量、集装箱场站布局和道路集疏运系统等因素对大连港的集装箱集疏运进行规划。本文从大连港的实际出发,在大连港集装箱集疏运系统所具有的软硬件资源的基础上,客观分析大连港的腹地范围和经济发展情况,科学预测大连港2020年的集装箱吞吐量,参考大连港2020年集装箱运输的发展目标,提出大连港集装箱集疏运系统的发展战略以及实现这一战略的具体措施。

Abstract
As the global economic integration, the port as prehensive transportation hub, has e a logistics supply chain, an important node. Dalian port as northeast maritime centre, prehensive consideration of Dalian and the surrounding hinterland of industrial layout, Dalian container throughput, container layout and road work on PDA in container transportation planning.
