摘要以移峰填谷为特征的冰蓄冷技术虽然已经在工程中得到广泛应用,但这只是经济而非真正意义上
的节能系统。导致这一现象的主要原因是蓄冰工况降低了制冷主机效率,而且根据蓄冰应用设计得到的传
统定频机组降低了其在空调工况下的效率,特别是离心制冷机组。变频技术的应用能有效改善蓄冰双工况离
心制冷主机的效率,对部分负荷或运行工况偏离额定设计工况时的主机效率改善尤为明显;本文结合一台
变频双工况离心机组的设计计算分析及变频机组工程应用实例,说明变频离心蓄冰双工况机组较传统的定
频主机综合效率提高达 20%以上,实现冰蓄冷技术即经济又节能,值得在蓄冰工程应用中推广。

THE APPLICATION OF VARIABLE FREQUENCY TYPE CENTRIFUGAL
CHILLER ON ICE THERMAL STORAGE SYSTEM

Abstract Ice thermal storage technology is widely used in air conditioning engineering as its peak load shifting
ability, but it is still not the real way to make energy saving. The chiller with less efficiency is the key obstacle for
traditional centrifugal chiller using in ice thermal storage system, and it is very hard to further improve the chiller
efficiency. Now, Variable frequency technology (VSD) makes that possible, by application of VSD, the chiller
efficiency can be improved significantly. In this paper, through the detail analysis of pressor
working property, parison is conducted between VSD centrifugal chiller and traditional
constant frequency centrifugal chiller; the results show that the VSD chiller has unique advantage and the total
