摘要为了研究超声波对过冷液相二次晶核生成的影响,结合超声场的实际特点建立了显微超声冷却实
验台,阐述了显微超声冷却实验台的组成与工作原理。运用此实验台研究了超声波对稀蔗糖溶液中树枝状
冰晶的影响,结果表明:超声波能够显著促进树枝冰晶分裂为许多小晶核,破碎后的冰晶随后会在过冷液
体中接着生长,表明所研制的实验台运行稳定可靠,能较好地对多种超声结晶过程进行详细研究。

The Exploratory Research on the Secondary Nucleation of Ice in ultrasonic field

Abstract In order to clarify the effect of Ultrasonic Waves on the secondary nucleation of supercooled liquid, a
unique ultrasonic cold stage device was established based on the characteristics of ultrasonic field. The
composition and working principle of the ultrasonic cold stage were described. The effects of Ultrasonic Waves
on the dendritic ice in sucrose solution were studied using the ultrasonic cold stage device. The result appears to
show that the ice dendrite crystals growing in a sucrose solution can be broken up into smaller fragments when
ultrasound was applied for 3 s, thus increasing the number of nuclei which may subsequently grow. These
findings confirm that the ultrasonic cold stage can work steadily and the sonocrystallisation of a variety of liquid
can be better conducted on the designed test-bed.
