摘要本论文介绍了在 R134a 螺杆冷水机组研发过程中,采用低热流密度时传热系数较高的翅片蒸发
管 Tube2 取代原来性能较差的 Tube1 翅片管,使机组在部分负荷运行时的蒸发器的蒸发性能得到改善,从
而提高整机的性能。通过试验证明,在其他部件不变的情况下,采用 Tube2 翅片蒸发管后,冷水机组在 25%,
50%&75%部分负荷时的 COP 分别增加了 %和 %,%,均大于在 100%和部分负荷时的能效比
提高 %, 冷水机组在 25%, 50%&75%部分负荷运行时的能效比 COP 提高幅度显著大于 100%负荷运行
时的能效比提高幅度,使得整机的能效比 IPLV 值提高 %。

FIN TUBE EFFECT TEST RESEARCH ON THE COP
OF THE R134a Helical-Rotary WATER CHILLER

ABSTRACT: the paper introduce that in the R134a helical-rotary water chiller development, the evaporator pool
boiling performance at part load condition will be optimized by changing evaporator fin tube1 into fin tube E2
which heat transfer coefficient at low heat flux is higher, it will increase the integral chiller performance. The test
verified that if don’t change the others part, only change the evaporator fin tube1 into fin tube E2, the COP of part
load 25% & 50%,75% for chiller increase %& %,% which is more obviously higher than the COP
increase of the part load 100% % .The change of part load COP make the IPLV of the chiller increase %.
