特种纸是指具有某一特殊性能和用途,附加值比较高的纸种。斜网纸机由于具备脱水·}生能好,抄纸的匀度、透气性好,上网浓度低,可抄造的纤维长等特点, 在某些特种纸生产上,与长网等其它纸机相比有着明显的优势。在国外特种纸生产中,斜网纸机处于非常重要的地位。而在我国,斜网纸机的使用还处于起步和摸索阶段。由于斜网纸机的特殊优势,开展斜网纸机的生产必然成为我国特种纸生产的发展方向之一,我公司已将此定为主要的研发课题。
斜网成形器是斜网纸机最关键的部分,也是斜网纸机与其它纸机的区别之处, 对它的研究在对斜网纸机的研究中占重要地位。
因为国内还没有较系统的理论,所以本文对斜网成形器的机理和设计研究, 是通过大量的造纸原理、造纸机设计理论、机械学原理、流体力学等,并结合作者多年来对纸机设计的经验,来进行斜网机理的探索和斜网成形器的设计要求分析的。
首先,通过研究分析各种戍形器的性能和适应范围,明确了斜网成形器的特点是适合抄造低浓度、易脱水的长纤维特种纸,所抄造的纸页有较好的匀度及透气度。其次,由前面的定位,研究斜网成形器的设计应在纸机成形器共性的基础上具体解决低浓度、长纤维纸浆戍形的特殊要求,成形所要求的设备结构要充分发挥斜网的优越性。以此为理念,进行斜网成形器的机理研究。第三,结合上面的理论研究,对斜网成形器各部件进行了定量研究和设计,并利用我公司试验纸机对斜网成形器的实验,验证本文的设计理念和设计定量等基本正确。以上成果能为今后他人的进一步研究和改进打下比较扎实的基础。

Abstract
The special paper is a kind of paper,which has special functions,purposes and high additional inclined wire machine has some characteristics of good dewatering ability,formation,porosity,low consistency on wet and long fibre papermaking etc,so it has obvious advantage over other paper machines at the aspect of producing some special inclined wire machine plays a very important role in the overseas special ,in our country,the usage of inclined wire machine is still in the early ofthe special advantages ofthe inclined wire machine,it will certainly e one of the trends to produce special paper in China. For example,pany has already settled this as the main development topic.
The inclined wire former is the forming device and key part of inclined wire machine and is also the different part from other paper on the inclined wire former is very important in the research on the inclined wire machine.
