摘 要
在省域经济社会发展中,省域城市群占有重要的战略地位,发挥着巨大的牵引和推动作用,并逐渐成为国家城镇化战略的重要内容。河南独特的区位优势在国家促进中部地区崛起战略的实施中更加显现出来,大力开展中原城市群的发展推进更是显得极其重要。城市群的竞争力研究对于整个城市群的发展起到非常重要的作用,城市群竞争力的提升更加能切实有效地推进城市群整体的发展。基于上述原因,本文在中原城市群区域概况的基础上构建了城市竞争力评价指标体系,根据建立指标体系的原则并且结合中原城市群的实际情况选择了 42 项具体指标从 7 个方面建立了一套指标体系,借助统计软件 ,通过因子分析法提出主因子,对九城市的各个主因子进行了比较分析,分析了城市竞争力在 2006-2010 年的总体演变,其中五年以来,郑州和洛阳一直位于城市竞争力的前两名,而漯河和开封处于城市竞争力的最后两名,其他城市都有或大或小的变化。进而中原城市群与中部其他城市群的竞争力进行了比较分析,包括七个主因子的比较以及整体的得分排名比较,评价结果说明中原城市群的竞争力排名第二且实力较强,最后在上述模型所得结果的基础上,结合中原城市群发展存在的问题提出了提升综合竞争力的具体相关对策。
