数控机床及由数控系统组成的柔性化制造系统是改造传统机械加工装备产业、构建数字化企业的重要基础,它的发展一直备受人们关注。数控系统以其卓越的柔性自动化的性能、优异而稳定的精度、灵捷而多样化的功能引起世人瞩目。它开创了机械产品向机电一体化发展的先河,因此使数控技术应用到铣床成为先进制造技术中的一项核心技术。通过持续的开发研究以及对信息技术的深化应用,促进了对数控铣床性能和质量的进一步提升,使数控铣床成为国民经济和国防建设发展的一个重要制造装备。应运而生的经济型数控铣床正在大范围的用于生产实践。
数控机床是当今机械制造业中实现机电一体化的代表性先进设备。随着先进制造业的发展,对数控机床的设计,特别是经济型数控机床的设计已经成为摆在我们面前迫切而艰巨的任务。本文在叙述了数控技术的历史、现状和发展的基础上。通过对同类型机床的分析,结合机床设计的总体思想,提出了经济型数控化设计的技术方案;针对经济型数控机床的特点,进行了机械传动系统的设计,数控系统、步进电机的选型和理论分析。最后阐述了设计后机床的精度和性能。
经济型数控铣床,显示了机床强大的工作能力和高度的可靠性。加工精度和生产率较普通铣床有了很大提高,是提高企业数控化率的一条切实可行的途径。

Abstract
