摘要
随着中小型企业在市场经济发展中地位日益的突出,以及《劳动合同法》的颁布与实施,劳动合同管理对于中小型企业的发展发挥着越来越至关重要的作用。本文仅对中小型企业在劳动合同管理方面的若干问题以及问题的解决进行简略地分析。中小型企业在劳动合同管理方面存在着诸多问题,如:中小型企业离岗职工的劳动关系没有得到理顺,劳动合同签订程序、签订内容、协商条款订立不规范等。中小型企业要如何加强在劳动合同管理中的措施,这就需要企业自身充分发挥企业效能,全方位的解决问题,从建立企业内部劳动合同管理机制,配合劳动行政部门或主管部门做好企业劳动合同管理工作,实行考评制度,实行动态管理,以上四方面就是中小型企业用来加强劳动合同管理的措施。

Many reasons lead to the result. Naturally, if you want to solve these problems will cause from these aspects: seeking solutions from the staff improve the legal plishment, change of small and medium sized business concept, enhance the role of trade unions, " labor contract law " and the perfection of relevant laws, improve the labor inspection system, strengthen execute the law censorial job, this five aspects this is used to deal with the solution to small and medium enterprises in the labor contract management of a series of problems in the course of specific countermeasures.
