爆破法刨花再生及再生刨花板的制造技术

摘要:该研究以废旧刨花板为原料,使用机械法和爆破法制造再生刨花,对新旧刨花进行傅立叶变换红外光谱、X
射线衍射对比分析,并将新旧刨花混合制造刨花板。结果表明: ①低压爆破对木材主要化学成分影响较小; ②爆破
后纤ΠΠ维素的结晶度增加; Π③Π爆破法得到的再生刨花形态完整,可以与新刨花混合制造刨花板。实验表明新旧刨花
混合比例为 1∶1 时,再生刨花板具有较好的力学性能。

Regenerated particles were made from spent particle board by steam explosion , and then mixed with fresh
particles to produce regenerated particle board. Characteristics of fresh and regenerated particles were studied
by means of Fourer transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR) and X ray diffraction ( XRD) . Results showed
