在当今产业结构调整升级已经成为时代任务的国际背景下,随着中国工业化进程的逐步加快,调整经济结构、转变经济增长方式成为我国经济可持续发展的重要任务。党的十八大会议提出把推进经济结构战略性调整作为加快转变经济发展方式的主攻方向,将改善需求结构、优化产业结构作为解决制约经济持续健康发展的重大战略决策。在政府的大力推动下,我国产业结构优化程度有了很大提升。在产业结构变化的同时,我国居民消费结构也因为居民收入的增加而发生着巨大的变化。基于消费结构与产业结构之间的互动关系,为了进一步促进我国产业结构的优化升级,研究消费结构优化对产业结构升级的影响就显得较为重要。本文以优化产业结构为出发点,以消费结构理论、产业结构理论以及两者之间的关联理论为理论基础,首先,利用统计数据对我国城乡居民消费结构的变动以及现状进行统计描述,并加以分析。然后,运用 AIDS 模型选取面板数据对我国城乡居民消费结构状况加以实证分析,综合起来,对比城乡,我们发现城镇居民消费结构变化不大,其主要对衣着类、交通通讯类支出比较重视,而农村居民消费结构变化较大,他们在解决基本生活需求后,主要将收入花费在家庭设备类以及医疗保健类消费品上。本文的主体部分是利用 PVAR 模型中的 GMM 参数估计、脉冲响应函数以及方差分解等方法,实证研究城镇居民消费结构对产业结构的影响。考虑到居民消费结构的地区差异性,并依照中国统计年鉴的划分方法, 将研究对象分为全国以及东、中、西地区。实证研究结果表明,我国居民消费结构优化对产业结构升级的影响具有一定的地区差异性,东部地区居民消费结构优化对产业结构升级表现出微弱的正向作用,而中、西部地区则表现出较明显的正向作用。然后,为了进一步通过优化居民消费结构来实现产业结构升级,并在前
文所做分析的基础上,提出了几点政策建议。文章最后,对全文进行总结。
