大型国有建筑企业发展战略研究

摘要
本文主要研究我国大型国有建筑企业的发展战略问题。改革开放以来,随着我
国经济的高速发展,工程建筑项目的需求量巨大。我国建筑市场正处在一个快速发
展的时期。然而,由于民营建筑企业的逐步发展壮大和我国加入世界贸易组织后跨
国性质的大型建筑企业对于国内建筑市场的冲击,使得大型国有建筑企业的竞争优
势逐渐减弱,面临巨大的挑战。对于大型国有建筑企业而言,如何调整自身定位,
积极主动迎接机遇和挑战,就成为一个急待研究和解决的课题。
本文运用理论推理、实证分析及对比研究的方法,分析了我国大型国有建筑企
业的市场环境,主要研究了市场规模变化与预测和建筑业生命周期;然后,运用企
业战略管理理论,
境进行了系统分析;其次,从企业整体经营战略入手,分析了大型国有建筑企业战
略规划的指导性和可行性,并查找企业在战略管理层面上存在的问题,从而制定适
合目前形势的科学合理的企业发展战略;最后,以烟台一建为研究案例,分析了该
企业制定的总体战略和竞争战略,指出了其借鉴意义和存在的问题与不足,并提出
了相应的对策。
