随着市场竞争日益激烈,企业快速发展和扩张,如何降低企业运营成本,提高核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的目标成为企业重点关注的内容。集中管理的模式逐渐成为现代企业管理的发展趋势。财务共享服务中心在这样的背景下应运而生,并越来越受到企业的重视和关注。财务共享中心能够帮助企业合理调配资源、提高标准化水平、降低操作风险及运营成本。
笔者在以往文献研究的基础上,提出了构建财务共享服务中心的框架及建设服务评价体系的方法。通过介绍财务共享中心的成功案例,将理论框架与实践经验进行有机结合。
本文的创新点归纳为:第一,建立财务共享服务中心整体框架与思路,明确了业务流程、组织及人员、信息技术及服务评价体系的核心构成要素,并形成管理闭环。第二,研究服务评价体系建设,通过设置可量化的评价指标,全面衡量财务共享服务中心取得的效果及收益。第三,研究财务共享服务中心的成功案例, 为企业实施财务共享服务提出了有针对性的建议。财务共享服务中心是财务管理发展的必然趋势,并可以帮助企业带来诸多方面的收益。推行财务共享服务中心需要整体规划、分布实施,并充分考虑建立服务评价体系的重要性以及变革管理带来的影响。

Abstract
Nowadays petitions are ing fiercer, and enterprises are rapidly developing and expanding. Thus large-scale conglomerates are increasingly focusing on lowering costs , improving petitiveness, and achieving sustainable development. Concentrated Management Model has e the future trend of modernized business management. The Financial Sharing Center Model arose from such business environment, and it has attracted more and more attention from various enterprises. The Financial Sharing Center can help enterprises
reasonably allocate resources, improve standardization, lower operational risks and costs.
This thesis is based on previous research results, and deals with the framework of constructing Financial Sharing Centers as well as the ways of constructing Service Evaluation Systems. Meanwhile, the bines theoretical frameworks with practical experiences by introducing the case of a essful Financial Sharing Center.
