摘要
作为国家“十一五”发展规划的大规模项目群和河北省的“一号工
程”一曹妃匈工业区的经济发展吸弓}若世人始耳光。随着曹妃匈工业
区的不断深入开发,其经济发展总钵战赂这一方向性的问题也摆在了人们面前,制定切实可行的发展战略不仅是曹妃甸工程更好的组合资源的根本保障,并且是关乎能否拉动河北省经济快速增长和环渤海经济圈繁荣与否的重要阕题,完整、科学的经济发展战略方案对于曹妃匈工穰具有不可估量的巨大作用。
本文运用理论研究来懈决曹妃甸工业区经济发展的实际闯题,其基本思路是:在糇应海洋思维和区域堀起的趋势的基础之上,对蔑妃饲工业区的自然条件和经济发展状况进行深入的调查和分析,根据曹妃甸的区位优势与自身特点,全面、系统的制定曹妃甸工业区整体的经济发展战略。
本文所做的主要研究工作包括: 1、运用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方式,以发展经济学和区域经
济学的理论和方法对曹妃甸经济发展进行比较全面的、深入的考察,详细分析曹妃甸工业区在经济发展过程中所具有的}b较优势和制约条件, 探讨曹妃甸工业区经济发展趋势。
2、利用区域产业经济效益指数分析法对历史数据进行贫析,确定曹妃甸工业区的核心产业和未来的发展方向,从区域闻的差异性入手,综合采用实证分析与规范分析相结合,静态分析、动态分析和比较分析等研究方法对曹妃甸和其它临近港口工业区进行横向比较和研究,对曹妃甸工业区的经济发展进行分析判断,并对分析结果进行了综合评价。
3、本文制定了营妃甸工业区的经济发展战略,所做的研究工作具有较强的针对性和可操作性,研究方法和研究结果对类似工业区具有一定
