摘要
本文根据笔者的实际工作经验,结合现代营销理论,在对常州电信企业进行实际调研的基础上,综合运用战略管理等管理理论,对常州电信小灵通业务的发展战略进行思考与研究,以利于促进常州电信在激烈的语音业务竞争中建立并保持可持续发展的综合竞争优势。
全文首先总结了近年来中国电信集团、省公司及常州电信的发展状况;其次,在阐述当前国内外语音业务现状及存在问题的基础上,运用PEST法从四个方面分析常州小灵通市场的外部环境;并利用五种力量模型分析常州电信小灵通行业竞争状况; 然后以SWOT方法结合以上分析,指明常州电信自身的优劣势以及所面临的机会和威胁;最后,根据以上几方面对常州电信小灵通业务综合竞争形势的研究,从技术发展和应用服务、商务方案三个角度分别提出今后的发展战略

ABSTRACT
This thesis is a research about the development strategy of the PHS business in Changzhou Telecon It uses the method bining theory with practice. Founded on the actual investigation of the enterprise,it integrates the
utilization of the related management theory like strategy management etc.
The purpose is to promote Changzhou to establish and maintain its
petitive advantage in the petition of PHS business.
Firstly,the thesis summarizes the development condition of China and Changzhou in recent ,after expounding the current situation and existing problem in domestic and international market of PHS business,the thesis analyzes the general environment of Changzhou PHS
business market by“PEST”,it analyzes the petition status of Changzhou PHS business through using the five kinds petitive force ,the thesis indicates the strength, weakness,opportunity and threats of Changzhou .by“SWOT”method. Finally,according to the above research on petition status of the PHS business in Changzhou ,the thesis puts forward the development strategy for the future from technique and application two aspects.
