摘要
酒店业作为旅游业的三大支柱之一,对旅游业的发展意义重大。而酒店员工的工作压力和工作满意度直接影响其工作效率,影响酒店员工的服务质量,甚至会影响酒店的整体形象和行业的发展。本研究旨在了解当前酒店员工工作压力和工作满意度状况,为提高酒店员工工作满意度,保持新老员工的工作热情,实现酒店人力资源的有效利用和开发,改善酒店的管理和服务质量,减轻酒店员工工作压力和提高其工作满意度提供一些思路和建议。
本研究采取随机抽样的方法,应用工作压力量表和明尼苏达短量量表对漳州地区部分酒店的200名员工进行问卷调查。结果表明,酒店员工的工作压力和工作满意度属于中等水平,工作压力六个维度和工作满意度三个维度在不同的人口统计学变量上存在显著性差异,工作压力和工作满意度呈现显著负相关。酒店管理者可从自身和员工角度采取相应干预措施以减轻酒店员工的工作压力和提高其工作满意度。

Abstract
Hotel industry as one of the three pillars of tourism industry, has a great significance of tourism development. But the working efficiency and quality of service has been influenced directly by hotel staff’s demographic variables and job satisfaction, even affect the overall image of the hotel and development of the industry. This study aims to be realized the current hotel staff’s demographic variablesand job satisfaction, to provide some ideas and suggestions for improving the staff’s satisfaction, keeping enthusiasm of veteran and new employees in the hotel, achieving the effective utilization and development of the human resources, perfecting the management and service quality, reducing the pressure of work and improving the hotel staff ’s satisfaction.
Stochasic Sampling Methods are adopted in this study, We made the questionnaire among 200 employees of four hotels In Zhangzhou area by applying work stress scale and Minnesota short signon scale . The results show that it is on-level of the hotel staff’s demographic variables and satisfaction which present significant correlation . There exists significant difference between the different demography-variable in the six dimensionalities of demographic variables and three dimensionalities of working satisfaction, Hotel managers can reduce the demographic variables and improve the satisfaction by using some countermeasure from anizations’ corresponding
