摘要
机械制造业是一个国家技术进步和社会发展的支柱产业之一,无论是传统产业,还是新兴产业,都离不开各式各样的机械装备。而加快产品上市的时间,提高质量,降低成本,加强服务是制造业追求的永恒主题。此篇论文主要内容是对CA6140主轴加工工艺路线进行的研究、设计和数控编程,其中包括了各道工序的加工方法,机床、刀具、夹具、辅具、量具的选择,准面的选取,定位,夹紧方案的拟定和数控加工程序编写。
通过本次毕业设计对典型轴类零件的设计有了很深的认识,本次设计概括了我所学的知识,加深了对本专业的认识水平。本次设计就是进行数控加工工艺设计典型轴类零件,侧重于设计该零件的数控加工工艺和编程,主要设计内容有:完成该零件的工艺规程(包括工艺过程卡、工序卡和数控刀具卡)和主要工序的工装设计。并绘制零件图、夹具图。用G代码编制该零件的数控加工程序,再则学习CAD/ UG相关知识,并编制其构架。使设计有了一定的版图。

Abstract
Machinery manufacturing industry is a national technology progress and social development of one of the pillar industries, either traditional industry, or the emerging industry, are inseparable from every kind of machinery and equipment. While speeding up the time to market, improve quality, reduce costs, enhance service manufacturing is the pursuit of the eternal theme. This thesis main content is on the CA6140 spindle machining process route for research, design and NC programming, including the procedure of the processing method, machine tools, tools, fixtures, tools, measuring tool selection, the selection of location, quasi, clamping plan design and NC machining programming
Key Through this graduation design of the typical design of shaft typed parts have a deep understanding of, the design outlines of my knowledge, deepen the understanding of the professional knowledge level. This design is for NC machining process design of typical shaft parts, focusing on the design of the parts of the NC machining process and programming, the main design elements include: pletion of this part of the process ( including the process cards, process cards C tool cards ) and the main process equipment design. And draw the part drawing, fixture graph. Using G code to the preparation of the parts of the NC machining program, for learning CAD / UG related knowledge, and the preparation of its framework.
