鸡大肠杆菌病的诊断与防制措施
摘要
鸡大肠杆菌病是由病原性大肠杆菌感染引起的禽类传染病,包括大肠杆菌性败血症、大肠杆菌性肉芽肿、气囊炎、肝周炎、肿头综合征、腹膜炎、输卵管炎、滑膜炎、全眼球炎及脐炎等一系列疾病。该菌在自然界中广泛分布,是动物肠道的常在菌。各种日龄及各种品种鸡均易感染。该病的发病率及死亡率普遍较高,发生无明显季节性,一年四季均可发生。饲养管理不良、饲料搭配不当或突然更换饲料、气候剧变等因素均能诱发本病发生;集约化养殖场若饲养密度过大,污染严重,加之消毒不严,常易引起较高的发病率,雏鸡死亡率几乎可达100%。
本文从病原学、流行病学、临床症状、剖检变化、实验室诊断以及防制措施等方面对该病进行了综述。

DIAGNOSIS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF DISEASE
ABSTRACT
E. coli disease is caused by pathogenic E. coli infection in poultry diseases,including E. coli sepsis, E. coli granuloma, airbags inflammation, liver inflammation week, swollen head syndrome, peritonitis, salpingitis, synovitis the whole range of eye diseases, inflammation, and omphalitis. Bacteria are widey distributed in nature, often animal intestinal bacteria. Various days and various varieties of chickens are susceptible. Disease morbidity and mortality generally higher, no significant seasonal occurrence, one could occur in four seasons. Poor feeding management, feed with inappropriate or sudden change, climate and other factors can induce drastic changes in Benbingfasheng; intensive farms if stocking density is too large, serious pollution, coupled with lax sterilization often lead to a higher incidence of chick mortality rate is almost 100%.
In this paper, etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathological changes, laboratory diagnosis and control measures were reviewed in terms of disease.
