摘要
本次毕业设计是基于吉林市信用社一标段工程,结合我们所学****的相关理论知识,并且利用一些相关的计价软件,完成招标控制价的计算和招标文件的编写,并且进行经济技术指标分析。
其间除了查阅相关规计价规范与标准图集进行手工算量外,还利用了相关BIM计价软件进行图形算量,并且输出了相应的成果。通过二者紧密的结合利用,使得相关经济技术指标更加客观可靠,同时也体现了工程造价的信息化。

Abstract:This graduation design is based on a bid of Jilin City Credit Union, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge we have learned, and the use of some related pricing software plete the preparation of the tender price control and calculation of the tender documents, economic and technical indicators .
In addition to access to relevant regulations during the valuation norms and standards to manually count the amount of portfolio, but also takes advantage of BIM related software pricing count the amount of graphics and output the corresponding results. By using bination of both tight, so that the relevant economic indicators more objective and reliable, but also reflects the construction cost information.
