随着我国经济建设的高速发展,城市化进程加速与都市人口膨胀,城市交通问题日益为人们所关注。为缓解大中城市交通压力,自新世纪以来,国家就把发展城市轨道交通列入国民经济“十五”计划发展纲要。近年来,全国上下地铁建设如火如荼,但在地铁飞速建设的同时,安全事故也屡见不鲜。
地铁建设周期长、施工技术和工程环境复杂、事故影响大,不同具体条件下,地铁建设具有特殊性的特点,并且在施工过程中存在很多不确定因素,这就使得地铁施工风险分析与管理极其重要。本文就针对青岛地铁2号线施工工程,对其工程自身风险、环境安全风险和生态风险等进行评价,得到风险评价结论。针对上述得到的结论,本文从可控性的角度,给出了具体的控制措施,具有实践意义。
