摘要: 通过利用 1978- 2007年的省级面板数据, 采用面板单位根、面板协整、FMOLS估计法和面板格兰杰因果检验, 研
究财政分权对中国地区经济增长的影响, 其结果表明, 财政分权对地区经济增长有积极的促进作用, 但存在明显
的区域差异。长期内, 财政分权与地区经济增长存在双向的格兰杰因果关系。短期内, 在全国和东部, 两者存在
双向的格兰杰因果关系, 而中部和西部, 两者不存在格兰杰因果关系。

A bstrac t: Th is paper, based on provinc ia l panel data from 1978 to 2007, uses pane l un it root, panel cointegration, FMOLS
estim ation and Granger causa lity test to exam ine the e ffect of fisca l decentra lization on regiona l econom ic growth. The
resu lts suggest that fisca l decentra lization has a positive e ffect on econom ic growth, but the e ffect is significantly d ifferen t
in d ifferen t areas. In the long term, there is a two2way Granger causa lity between fiscal decentra liza tion and econom ic
