鉴于甲方为保证公司生产,拟把合同所列零部件委托给乙方进行存储配送物流服务,乙方愿意承担合同所列零部件物流服务工作。根据中华人民共和国《合同法》和《仓储保管合同实施细则》的有关规定,经甲乙双方一致同意签订本合同。
To guarantee C’s production, company A will entrust B to take spare parts logistics service and B will take responsibility for logistics service of all spare parts listed in the contract. Both sides sign this contract in accordance with pertinent law terms in “Contract Law” of PRC and the detailed rules in “storage contract actualizing rules”.

物流服务的范围

乙方的中转库将负责实施把合同所列零部件从中转库卸货平台起的卸货、接收、记录、再包装、存储然后配送到公司生产工厂门口的指定接货区,以满足公司汽车的生产。
