摘要
薪酬管理作为企业人力资源管理的重要内容,是对企业员工行为影响最大的因素之一。随着企业管理理论与实践的深入发展,如何根据公司的发展战略目标,合理配套相应的人力资源体系和薪酬设计,从而达到有效激励员工行为的目的,是企业管理者重点思考的问题。本研究以薪酬管理相关理论为基础,结合XX公司的薪酬管理现状,在深入分析和诊断的基础上,设计了一套符合XX公司的薪酬体系。并通过实施政策建议和实施效果评估,为其他企业进行薪酬体系的设计与实施提供案例借鉴。
本文采用理论研究与案例研究相结合、文献归纳法、定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,对薪酬管理的相关理论及研究现状进行概述,以现代化的企业薪酬制度设计理论为指导,分析XX公司的薪酬体系现状,提出其存在的问题。在对XX公司薪酬制度再设计时充分考虑这些因素,使其更加合理,并研究其薪酬制度的执行与评价,为有效地留住优秀人才、激励员工提高工作绩效及适应新时期经营战略需要提出建议。

Abstract
As an important part of human resource management, compensation management is one of the most influential factors to the behavior of employees. With the further development of the theory and practice of enterprise management, according to pany's strategic goals, reasonable matching the corresponding human resources system pensation design, so as to achieve the purpose of effective incentive employee behavior, is the key problem for enterprise managers. In this study, based on the theory pensation management, combined with the status of pany'pensation management, in-depth analysis and diagnosis on the basis of the design of a set of pany'pensation system. And through the implementation of policy mendations and implementation effect evaluation, for other enterprises to pay system design and implementation of the case for reference.
This paper uses the method bination of theoretical research and case research, literature review, qualitative research and quantitative research, it analyzes the current situation of salary management theory and Research on the theory, design of modern enterprise salary system for guidance, analysis of salary system of pany's present situation, the problems are put forward. These factors are fully considered in the design pensation system of pany, make it more reasonable, implementation and evaluation and study the salary system, in order to effectively retain talent, motivate employees to improve work performance and
