摘要:本设计是针对5000t/d熟料新型干法生产线烧成车间进行窑尾部分的工艺设计,窑尾系统是由CDC分解炉、旋风筒、连接管道及附件(撒料盒、翻板阀、吹堵系统等)组成。本次设计的主要内容有:1、.配料计算、物料平衡计算、储库计算及热平衡计算;2. 全厂主机及辅机的选型;3. 烧成车间工艺设计;4. 全厂工艺布置的特点;;。另外,设计中采用了目前国内外水泥行业相对较为先进的技术和设备,最大限度的降低能耗、降低基建投资,又最大限度的提高产、质量,做到环保,技术经济指标先进、合理。

Technics Design for Calcination Workshop(Kiln Trail) of 5000t/d Ripe Material New Type Dry Production
Abstract: This design is aim at the end of kiln technics for 5000t/d ripe material new type dry process calcination workshop, The end of kiln posed of CDC break down furnace、cyclone canister、joint pipeline and attachment(box for sprinkling powder、flap trap、system of blow and block up ,and so on).The main content of this design contain:1,Calculation of ingredient、calculation of material balance、calculation of repository and calculation heat balance; 2, choose type of main processor and auxiliary machinery for factory; 3, technological design for calcination workshop; 4, The characteristic of technics disposal for factory; 5,Charting puter; 6,Writing specification. On the other side, the design choose the technology and equipment which are relatively advanced in national and International cement industry, It could maximum decrease the energy consumption and investment of capital construction, In the same time, it also maximum enhance the yield and quality, satisfy the requirement of protecting environment and make the technical economic index advanced and reasonable.
