半导体管自动涂胶机
—主工作台和涂胶机构设计
摘要
本论文着重讲述了半导体管自动涂胶机—主工作台和涂胶机构的设计。目前半导体管的涂胶方式基本上是人工涂胶,生产效率比较低下,质量也得不到保证。为此设计半导体管自动涂胶机,以实现涂胶工艺的自动化。工作台设计选用圆盘式八工位立式转盘,用棘轮、棘爪机构来实现转盘的间隙转动。每个工位设置顶针和弹簧以夹紧或放松半导体管。顶针上安装轴承和齿轮,当该顶针旋转到涂胶工位时,该齿轮与电机齿轮啮合,使顶针和半导体管一起旋转,有利于均匀涂胶。转盘工作台采用悬臂式安装,方便在下方安装自动排料机构。涂胶机构的设计采用仿人工摆杆式涂胶,结构简单可靠,克服了针管式滴胶机容易堵塞针管的缺点,并且节省了胶的成本。全部设计主要采用纯机械方法,可靠性好,使用寿命长,能够实现完全自动化涂胶。

Abstract
Described in this paper focuses on automatic coating machine for semiconductor device - the main table and the adhesive mechanism design. The semiconductor tube is basically artificial adhesive glue, have relatively low production efficiency, quality can not be guaranteed. This design semiconductors automatic coating machine, coating technology to achieve automation. Table design uses eight station disk-type vertical wheel, with ratchet, pawl bodies to achieve the gap rotating turntable. Each station set thimble and spring to clamp or loosen semiconductors. Thimble installed bearings and gears, when the thimble rotation to the coating station, the gear and motor gear mesh, so that thimble, and semiconductor device with rotating, uniform coating benefit. Rotary table is cantilever mounted to facilitate the installation of automatic nesting in the lower body. Adhesive mechanism design with imitation artificial pendulum rod coating, the structure is simple and reliable to e the needle tube dripping machine needle is easy to plug the ings, and saves the cost of plastic. All the major pure mechanical design, reliability, long life, be able to achieve fully automated coating.
