主要人员职责

吊装总指挥对大件设备吊装工作的总体运行进行协调控制,提供资源保证,签发吊装令。
The suspending mander correspond and control the whole suspending work of the heavy facilities, also supply the guarantee of materials and sign mand o suspending.
吊装现场指挥负责组织吊装方案的实施。

技术负责人负责编制吊装方案,参加技术交底,参加技术攻关工作,参与风险评估和吊装前的检查确认。

质量负责人负责审查、确认特殊作业人员上岗资格,参加到货设备的检查和验收,组织设备基础验收、检查确认施工质量。
