文档介绍：浅谈【摘要】目的探讨急诊注射室护理细节存在的缺陷及对策,提高护理质量,降低护理投诉和纠纷。方法收集我院急诊注射室2005 年1 月至2007 年1 月护理细节存在的缺陷32 例,进行分析、归纳、总结,制定防范对策。结果护士在护理操作时更加科学、规范、重视细节,充分认识到细节的重要性。2007 年2 月至2009 年2 月两年期间发生护理缺陷共8 例,减少了24 例。结论护理缺陷均起源于“细节”的疏忽,因此必须加强细节管理,使每一位护士在护理工作中都具备一丝不苟的“慎独”精神,把工作做细、做精、做好每一个护理操作,从根本上减少护理缺陷的发生。
